| Driveway permits are required for all new driveways, to move the location of an existing driveway and/or to make changes to a driveway. | $75.00 application fee | | Excavation permits are required for any work that involves disturbing the ground in the Town right-of-way. Please note that if you plan to dig on your own property that although no Excavation Permit is required, it is still wise to call Digsafe at 1-888-344-7233, so that you do not dig into any underground wires and/or utilties. | $75.00 application fee | | Obstruction permits are required for any work that involves the Town right-of-way, especially work that involves the blocking or partial blocking of streets, work that involves blocking off parking spaces, and work that involves blocking off or impeding sidewalk movement. | $25.00 application fee effective July 1, 2011 | | Weight Restricted Roads permits are required for any hauling of loads, in excess of six tons, on the following roads during the posted road season.
