Human Resources

The objectives of the Human Resources Department are to promote the morale and well being of Town employees and to ensure fair and equitable employment practices.

We partner with all Town departments to manage the recruitment and onboarding of employees, conduct sound employee and labor relations, and arrange education and training sessions to help ensure employees maintain the knowledge base and skills required to best perform their jobs.   Additionally the Human Resources Department oversees employee compensation and benefits, and workplace health and safety programs, and we advise on and make recommendations with respect to Town employment policies and practices.
