The objectives of the Human Resources Department are to promote the morale and well being of Town employees and to insure equitable personnel management.

The Department manages recruitment for Town positions, labor relations, and health and safety programs for Town employees. The Department arranges educational workshops and training sessions to help ensure that Town employees maintain the knowledge base and skills required to perform their jobs efficiently.
