Recycling BinsABOUT PURCHASING BINS: Since so many items are now being picked up at curbside, you may find your recycling bin overflowing. Additional red Hanover Recycles! bins are available for $5.00 each during regular business hours (8:30am - 4:30pm) at the Town Office on Main Street (Tel. 643-0742) or the Public Works Department (7:30am - 4:00pm) on Route 120 (Tel. 643-3327). As long as you have at least one Maroon bin (this is what signals the recycling company to stop at your house), you can use any other rigid-sided container as long as the container is equal to the shape and size of our Maroon bin. No trash cans or plastic bags accepted and may be cause for your recycling not to be picked up.
