AGENDA

1.      Request for site plan waiver by Dartmouth College for Memorial Field renovations including replacing the field turf with synthetic turf, replacing the drainage, repairing the track, relocating field events from field sidelines and relocating the scoreboard, at 26 South Park Street, Tax Map 34, Lot 16, in the "I" zoning district.

  1. 05-13 Continuation of submission of application and public hearing on request by Paragon Residential Group, LLC, for design review of subdivision and site plans for the development of the Mink Brook Community including a 250 unit continuing care retirement community, 45 single family homes and 41 town house homes located at Greensboro Road, Tax Map 1, Lots 10 and 11, in the "SR", "RR" and "BM" zoning districts.

Conduct of Public Hearings:

Anyone may speak, if recognized by the Chair. Please raise your hand and state your name as all meetings are sound-recorded.

The Planning Board meets on the first three Tuesdays of most months at the Municipal Building, 7:30-10PM

General format of Planning Board meetings:

1. Applicant presents project.

2. Planning Board members and Town staff ask questions of applicant.

3. Questions or comments are welcome from the public; they should be directed to the Chair who may ask the applicant to respond.

4. Planning Board discusses case with applicant.

5. Planning Board actions may include: voting on application waivers that have been requested, voting on completeness of application, continuing, approving or denying the request.
