Child Passenger Safety

The Hanover Police Department is pleased to offer Child Passenger Safety checkups to ensure that you are transporting your young passengers safely.  Parents or others wishing to have your car seats checked, or if you just have questions about seats, seat belts, air bags or other issues related to carrying children safely in your car can contact either of our Child Passenger Safety Technicians.  To make an appointment please contact:

Lt. Michael Evans by EMAIL or at (603) 640-3324

or

Sgt. Daniel Gillis by EMAIL or at (603) 643-2222

Generally we ask that you make an appointment but can occassionally accommodate last minute requests due to unforeseen circumstances.  We'd prefer to conduct the check-up with your child(ren) present.  We ask that you set aside approximately 1 hour and bring the following materials:

  • Vehicle Owner's Manual
  • Car Seat Owner's Manual
