Trustees of Trust Funds

Trustees of Trust Funds

All Town trust funds must be administered by a board of three trustees, one trustee shall be elected by ballot at each annual town meeting for a term of three years.

The Trustees of Trust Funds oversee the Town of Hanover and Hanover School District funds reserved for special purposes; these funds include perpetual and expendable trust funds, and capital reserve funds.

The specific duties and responsibilities of Trustees of Trust Funds fall under RSA (Revised Statutes Annotated) 41:29  and can be reviewed on-line at http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/III/31/31-22.htm .

The current Trustees of Trust Funds are:

• Brian Doyle, term expires May 2010
• Paul B. Gardent, term expires May 2008
• Judson T. Pierson, term expires May 2009
