Landfill Tickets and Recycling BinsLANDFILL TICKETS: Tickets are sold to Hanover residents in punch cards of 10 for $15.00. Tickets are worth approximately 29 pounds each. The Lebanon solidwaste facility is located on Route 12-A in West Lebanon, NH. Telephone the facility for hours of operation: 603-298-7872. RECYCLING BINS: Bins can be purchased at the Town Clerk's office for a fee of $7.00 each. We also have available an information sheet showing how to separate recycling for curbside pickup.
