Town ClerkThe Town Clerk's Office handles the following: (1)voter registration and absentee ballots; (2) motor vehicle registration; (3) vital records (marriage licenses, copies of birth and death certificates); (4) dog licenses; (5) landfill tickets; (6) recycling bins; and (7) vendor permits. Liz Meade, Director of Town Clerk's Office and Tax Collector, 643-0712 Donna Stender, Assistant Town Clerk/ Deputy Tax Collector, 643-0704 Darlene F. Cook, Assistant Town Clerk/Receptionist, 643-4123 Notary service is available during business hours. There is a $5.00 per signature fee for non-Hanover residents. The office also maintains a list of Justices of the Peace in the local area.
