Town Clerk

The Town Clerk's Office handles the following: (1)voter registration and absentee ballots; (2) motor vehicle registration; (3) vital records (marriage/civil union licenses, copies of birth and death certificates); (4) dog licenses; (5) landfill tickets; (6) recycling bins; and (7) vendor permits.

Notaries Public

Notary service is available during business hours.  There is a $5.00 per signature fee for non-Hanover residents.  The office also maintains a list of Justices of the Peace in the local area.
