Wondering what to recycle and how to do it?
There’s a new app for that!
Exciting News for Hanover residents!
The Town of Hanover has a new recycling education app! We wanted our residents to have a one-stop-shop to find answers to all of your recycle questions. We teamed up with the Betterbin app to do just that. You will be able to get Casella curbside service-specific recycle instructions for our free Zero Sort bins-what Casella does and does NOT take, what we can take to the Lebanon Recycling Facility, or scan a product UPC barcode or text search for the product to get information on how to recycle the item locally. You’ll also find information about how to responsibly dispose of many hard-to-recycle materials and also where you can consign items for reuse and where compost food scraps can go!
How do you get the Betterbin app?
To download the app go to:
https://openbetterbin.page.link/HanoverCommunities OR go to the App Store or Google Play and search for Betterbin. Once you’re in the app, create an account, then type “Recycle” and search for “New Hampshire”>>”Grafton County”>>Hanover, NH. The app will take you to the site created specifically for Hanover residents. It will also provide a link to the Lebanon Recycling Facility that is available for Use by Hanover residents.
