  1. Case #41016-Z2018-21:  Kenneth Rudd is requesting a Special exception under Article VII, Section 707.3, pursuant to Section 207, “Special exception”, to allow the keeping of poultry as an accessory use at 11 Meadow Lane, Tax Map 41, Lot 16, in the “SR-1” Single Residence zoning district.
  2. Case #21001-Z2018-19:  Jolley Associates is requesting a Special exception under Article VIII, Section 803, “Non-conforming structure”, pursuant to Section 207, “Special exception”, to replace a concrete pad and island with larger pad and island; the enlargements would be no closer to the lot line to which the existing structure is non-conforming.  The property is located at 225 Lebanon Street, Tax Map 21, Lot 1, in the Office and Laboratory zoning district. 
  3. Case #28001-Z2018-15:  Frank Barrett, Jr., as Agent for Rip Ridge Trust, property owner of record, is requesting a Wetlands special exception under Article XI, Section 1103, “Wetland, waterbody, and intermittent stream protection”, to construct a single-family residence, garage, driveway and utilities all within the wetland buffer.  The property is located at 30 Etna Road, Tax Map 28, Lot 1, in the “SR-2” Single Residence and “RR” Rural Residence zoning districts. 
  4. Case #40001-Z2018-18:  Daniel Bernstein & Claire Foerster, Agents for Canyon Point LLC, property owner of record, are appealing an administrative decision regarding the location of the “top of bank” at 30 Occom Ridge, Tax Map 40, Lot 1, in the SR-1 and F zoning districts.  The decision being appealed is contained an email from the Zoning Administrator dated March 7, 2018.   This appeal is under Article II, Section 206, “Board of Adjustment”, pursuant to Article XI, Section 1101, “Definitions”. 
  5. Case #33083-Z2018-20:  James Pike, Agent for the Trustees of Dartmouth College, property owners of record, is requesting a Wetlands special exception under Article XI, Section 1102, “Flood plain protection”, to install a portion of a riprap splash pad within the floodplain on Boathouse Lane, Tax Map 33, Lot 83, in the “I” Institution zoning district. 
  6. Case #33083-Z2018-22:  James Pike, Agent for the Trustees of Dartmouth College, property owners of record, is requesting a Wetlands special exception under Article XI, Section 1103, “Wetland, waterbody, and intermittent stream protection”, to construct an addition to the Friends of Dartmouth Rowing Boathouse, underground stormwater treatment system & utility installation, pervious sidewalk & plaza, and plantings within the wetland buffer areas on Boathouse Lane, Tax Map 33, Lot 83, in the “I” Institution zoning district.
