  1. Continuation of Case #28001-Z2019-09:  Rip Ridge Trust, is requesting a Wetlands special exception under Article XI, Section 1103, “Wetland, waterbody, and intermittent stream protection”, to construct a single-family residence, garage, driveway and utilities all within the wetland buffer.  The property is located at 30 Etna Road, Tax Map 28, Lot 1, in the “SR-2” Single Residence and “RR” Rural Residence zoning districts. 
  2. Case #03027-Z2020-12:  Eric Henderson, is requesting a Special exception under Article II, Section 207, “Special exception”, pursuant to Article VII, Section 704.4 to allow a second driveway at 6 Lakeview Drive, Tax Map 3, Lot 27, in the “RR” zoning district.
  3. Case #38055-Z2020-13:  J Gaddis Design, applicant for Christopher Snyder & Maura Doyle, property owners of record, is requesting a Special exception under Article II, Section 207, “Special exception”, pursuant to Article VII, Section 713, “Fences” to allow a trellis archway that is greater than 4’ tall, in the front setback of 39 E. Wheelock Street, Tax Map 38, Lot 55, in the “GR” zoning district.
  4. Case #12018-Z2020-14:  Heidi J. Reynolds Revocable Trust is requesting a Special exception, under Article II, Section 207, “Special exception”, pursuant to Article VII, Section 704 “Driveways”, to allow a second driveway at 1 Montview Drive, Tax Map 12, Lot 18, in the “RR” zoning district.
  5. Case #16017-Z2020-15:  Harry Burgess, as Agent for the Trustees of Dartmouth College, property owner of record, is requesting a Wetlands special exception under Article XI, Section 1103, “Wetland, waterbody, and intermittent stream protection”, to construct a septic system within 125’ of a wetland at 15 Thompson Road, Tax Map 16, Lot 17, in the “RR” Rural Residence zoning districts.
  6. Case #51037-Z2020-16:  Matthew & Angela Griffith are requesting Variances from Article IV, Section 405.12 “Goose Pond Zoning District”, and Article VIII, Section 803 “Non-conforming structure”, pursuant to Article II, Section 208 “Variance”, to allow an addition to an existing deck at 6 Goose Pond Road, Tax Map 51, Lot 37, in the “GP” Goose Pond zoning district.
