Values are determined as of April 1st each year
Property Tax Year is April 1 to March 31. Bills are general mailed out on or around June 1 and November 1 to be due 30 days later on or around July 1 and December 1.

- Tax Deferral Application: (after final tax bill) due by March 1
- Applications for Exemptions and Credits: Due by April 15
- Appeal of Application to State: Due no later than September 1
- Current Use Application: Due by April 15
