Parking
Parking enforcement offices are located in Town Hall just off the first floor at the back of the building, where staff accepts payments, answers questions and processes ticket payments through the use of their computer-based violation tracking system.

The Department of Public Works provides a wide range of vital community services to the residents we serve including: constructing and maintaining the roads, bridges, intersections, sidewalks and parking lots, managing the Recycling Program, delivering safe drinking water, treating wastewater, maintaining Town buildings, providing engineering design and construction services to Town projects and the Planning and Zoning Departments, maintaining the Town fleet and providing custodial services.

Town Manager
The Town Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Town, overseeing its day-to-day operations, managing all departments; reporting directly to the Selectboard; preparing all agenda items and policy recommendations for consideration by the Selectboard; and insuring that all Town operations respond to the needs of local citizens as effectively as possible.
