Line Dancing:
Line dancing is great fun while you improve memory skills, strengthen bones, develop better balance, relieve stress, and put a smile on your face. Each dance is broken down first, demonstrated and then danced to contemporary music that you will enjoy! No need to have a partner, it is something for everyone and no experience is necessary!
Instructor: Jamie Orr has been teaching dance for over 30 years. Most of his early training was in Los Angeles while he competed throughout the Western US. He formerly taught in Aspen, CO before returning home to the Valley in 1995.
Days & Times: Beginner- Tuesday 10:00am - 11:00am  Intermediate-Tuesday 11:15am-12:00pm  Advanced- Wednesday 11:30am-12:45pm 
Cost: $12 per class or $50 per session

Night Club Two Step:
Night Club Two-Step is a relaxed, slow partner dance typically danced to medium/slow pop songs. The dance is popular for its smooth, fluid feel.

Cost: $50 for the 4 week session, intermediates may drop in for $15/class.

NEW: Handmade Pasta Class
This 1.5 hour class will cover pasta making from choosing ingredients for the best chances of pasta success, to hand creation of a few simple pastas. Materials including the pasta ingredients, a bowl, rolling pin, and pasta sheeter, will be available for all class participants to borrow for the class. Participants will be partnered for the class so bring a friend, or be prepared to make one! We will discuss selecting flours and other ingredients, make a dough (we will be kneading the pasta dough by hand for 10 minutes so bring your muscles!), demystifying the pasta sheeter and learning best practices for use, and learning techniques to make a few simple handmade pasta shapes. I will also demonstrate ravioli making using a ravioli mold. This will be a very hands-on class, come ready to get floury!
Instructor: Stephanie Langlois owns a local pasta making business called Ravioli Ravioli, specializing in... you guessed it... ravioli. She has been cooking, baking, and making pastas for most of her life. She is also a yoga teacher and has a passion for teaching that she is thrilled to now extend to  pasta making.
Days & Times: Saturday January 10th from 10:00-11:30 AM.
Cost: $50

Duplicate Bridge:
Join us every Wednesday at the community center for duplicate bridge. Beginners are welcome! Having a partner is not necessary, if you need a partner, email Jane and she will connect you with someone.

Oil Painting:
Join experienced and talented Aline for an in-depth class to become acquainted with the technique of oil painting. Aline will do a demonstration at the beginning of every class and teach oil painting in terms of the concepts of color, design, value and technique. Students work from their own photo references with a lot of individual attention from Aline. All levels are welcome, this class aims to be a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. It's the one room schoolhouse concept of learning. A supply list is available upon request.
Instructor: Aline Ordman is a signature member of the American Impressionist Society and the Oil Painters of America. She is a Master Pastelist with the Pastel Society of America and the International Association of Pastel Societies. Her work is on display in galleries throughout the country and can be seen on her website at alineordman.com.
