Payments and Appeals
Please note that unpaid tickets continue to accrue late fees. A balance of more than $90 may subject a vehicle to immobilization and could lead to a court summons.
Online Payment
To pay a ticket Online go to the Parking Portal. You will need to know your license plate number and your ticket number. If you do not have this information please call or email the Parking Division.
Pay by Check
Please make checks payable to "Town of Hanover". You can drop off payment at Town Hall or mail it to Hanover Parking Division at PO Box 483, Hanover NH 03755.
Pay by Cash
You can pay by cash in person only at the Parking Office in Town Hall during our normal business hours.
All appeals must be filed within 14 calendar days of the fine date. You'll need both the ticket number and license plate number in order to file an appeal. If you do not have that information please contact the parking office.
Appeal Online
Submit an appeal online by going to the Parking Portal.
Appeal by Mail
To submit an appeal in writing send a copy of the ticket and an explanatory letter addressed to the Hanover Parking Division.
Appeal in Person
You may visit the Parking Office during normal business hours to appeal a ticket in person.

STEP 1: Go to Parking.HanoverNH.Org and Login to View/Manage Account

STEP 2: Enter your account information and continue. If you do not know your account number contact us.

STEP 3: Navigate to My Wallet and click Add Payment Method

STEP 4: Enter your credit card information and click Default.

STEP 5: Navigate to permits and select the permit for which you want to set up AutoPay.

STEP 6: Use the drop-down menu to select your Default credit card.

STEP 7: Payment type logo will appear when payment type is entered correctly. IF LOGO DOES NOT APPEAR AUTOPAY FEATURE WILL NOT WORK.
